A little goes a long way.
Last week, I was comparing movement metrics with Taylor at the end of a day with many meetings. I was complaining that I only had 3500 steps for the day. She shared she had 7800 steps. I couldn’t believe it! Both of us had basically the same work schedule that day, but somehow she doubled my steps. How did she do that??
As we recounted our day, she snuck out for two 15 minute walks when I was reading. And that was the difference between her meeting her walking goal and me falling well short - just two 15 minute walks! Sometimes it takes less than we think to meet our daily goals.
